R&O was born in 1990, as a result of a young entrepreneur’s dream, who believed in her creating ability, and gave life to a project that nowadays provides jobs for more than 30 people, becoming a company that designs, produces and markets high-quality yarns for Uruguay and the world. The company has a design and manufacturing plant, located in Libertad, department of San José (Uruguay), where manufactures clothing for important firms, such as: Lolita, Hering, Grupo Casino (Géant), Pappolino and the National Army, among others. The design team added to the semi-industrial gives R&O the possibility of providing international level clothing with the touch of a handcrafted finish.

R&O, has the prestige of been selected as a member of the exclusive entrepreneurs network of Endeavor Uruguay , an international organization that supports entrepreneurs. The company has also been part of FOMYPE (domestic support program for small and medium companies), is supported by institutions such as LATU (Technological Laboratory of Uruguay), Chamber of Clothing, Chamber of Industry and Agrupación Textil del Uruguay (Textile Association of Uruguay).
